Foods To Eat
Food that is not sprayed with a herbicide or pesticide is good to eat. It is more important to stay away from foods high in Acid and noted in “foods to Eliminate” category.
U DO NOT need to eat organic to eat healthy.
U must eat only food with an ALKALINE BASIS. Do not eat more than 20% acidic foods.
